Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on building systems and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, production equipment).
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues safely and effectively.
• Support facility upgrades, installations, relocations, and building modification projects.
• Operate tools and equipment such as forklifts, manlifts, scrubbers, pressure washers, and groundskeeping machinery.
• Utilize the work order management system for documentation, communication, and task tracking.
• Assist with small renovation and continuous improvement projects.
• Comply with all company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Travel to multiple buildings and to out-of-state locations as needed to support facility operations.
• Work overtime as required to support production schedules and project timelines, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five (5) years or more of general maintenance experience or equivalent technical experience gained through military service or trade/technical school programs.
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills.
• High proficiency in using tablets, smartphones, and computers as part of daily work processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence, professionalism, and positive, solutions focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and perform repairs with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and meet all physical requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability and willingness to travel among buildings and to other states as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
• Team oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certifications or licenses in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing disciplines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Interest in pursuing additional education, such as trade seminars, technical classes, and industry certifications, to support ongoing professional development.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training and key skills. The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans.

SALARY RANGE: $17.84 to 41.20/HR
