Job Roles at Lessen
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Lessen Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles in technology and operations
Lessen's Green Card filings tend to cluster in technical and operations-facing roles that support its outsourcing infrastructure. Focus your applications on software, systems, and operational management positions where the company has the strongest sponsorship precedent.
Confirm sponsorship intent early in the process
Green Card sponsorship requires a long-term employer commitment. Ask directly during early interviews whether Lessen is open to PERM-based sponsorship for the specific role, not just temporary work authorization, to avoid investing time in a process that won't lead to permanent residence.
Understand that PERM takes time to initiate
Lessen's Green Card process typically begins only after you've demonstrated strong performance. Most employers in business support and outsourcing require a period of satisfactory employment before starting the PERM labor certification process, so set your timeline expectations accordingly.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified Green Card roles
Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, including Green Card filings. This lets you identify open roles at Lessen and similar companies where sponsorship is confirmed rather than speculative, saving significant job search time.
Align your degree and job title carefully
PERM-based Green Card sponsorship under EB-2 or EB-3 requires a precise match between your credentials and the offered role. Review Lessen's job descriptions closely and ensure your degree field and experience align tightly with the minimum requirements listed, since DOL scrutinizes these connections.
Ask HR about Lessen's preferred immigration law firm
Companies in the business support sector typically work with a dedicated immigration attorney who manages PERM filings. Knowing early which firm handles Lessen's cases helps you understand internal timelines and what documentation you'll be expected to provide throughout the sponsorship process.

Does Lessen sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, Lessen sponsors Green Card visas. The company has filed PERM-based Green Card petitions under the EB-2 and EB-3 categories, primarily for roles in technology and operations. Sponsorship is not offered for every position, so it's worth confirming with the hiring team whether a specific role is eligible before progressing far into the interview process.
Which roles at Lessen are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Lessen's Green Card sponsorship activity is concentrated in technical and operationally critical roles that support its business support and outsourcing services. Software engineers, systems analysts, and operations managers have the strongest precedent. Corporate or administrative roles are less commonly sponsored, though eligibility ultimately depends on the position's requirements and Lessen's workforce needs at the time of hiring.
How does the Green Card application process work at Lessen?
Lessen follows the standard employer-sponsored Green Card process: the company files a PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, then submits an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Once the I-140 is approved and a visa number is available, you can file for adjustment of status if you're already in the U.S. Lessen's immigration attorneys manage most of this process, but you'll need to provide employment history documentation for PERM.
How long does the Green Card process typically take at Lessen?
The full timeline depends heavily on your country of birth. PERM labor certification alone takes six months to over a year. For applicants born in India or China, priority date backlogs in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories can extend the overall wait by years. Applicants from most other countries typically see a shorter total timeline. Lessen generally begins the process only after a period of satisfactory employment.
How do I improve my chances of getting Green Card sponsorship at Lessen?
Start by verifying that the specific role you're applying for has a Green Card sponsorship history. Migrate Mate lets you filter companies by confirmed Green Card filings, which helps you prioritize roles where sponsorship is realistic. Once in the process, ensure your degree and work history align precisely with the job description, since PERM requires demonstrating you meet the stated minimum requirements.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Lessen?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
