Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement local marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts, email marketing, and promotions
- Plan and execute events, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance (ROI, lead conversion, etc.)
Sales Leadership:
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (Sales Associates)
