Target roles that align with Green Card pathways
Court 16 has pursued permanent residency sponsorship rather than temporary work visas. Focus your application on positions requiring specialized skills where EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship is a realistic outcome, such as operations, coaching, or facility management roles.
Understand the EB-2 and EB-3 distinction before applying
Court 16 sponsors through employment-based Green Card categories. Knowing whether your background qualifies for EB-2 advanced degree requirements or EB-3 skilled worker status will help you frame your application and ask the right questions in interviews.
Position yourself as a long-term hire
Green Card sponsorship signals a commitment to long-term employment. Emphasize stability, career longevity, and alignment with Court 16's mission in your application, employers in sports and recreation sponsor permanent residency when they see a lasting fit.
Research Court 16's services before outreach
Court 16 operates in the sports and recreation space, likely spanning coaching, court management, or training programs. Demonstrating genuine knowledge of their offerings in your cover letter signals cultural fit, which matters in niche sports employers evaluating sponsorship candidates.
Ask about sponsorship early but professionally
With a focused sponsorship track record, Court 16 makes deliberate decisions about who they support. Raise visa sponsorship needs during the recruiter screen, not the final round, so both sides can assess fit before investing further in the process.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Court 16 sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship records, Court 16 has not pursued H-1B visa sponsorship. Their visa sponsorship activity has focused on permanent residency through employment-based Green Card categories instead. If you require an H-1B, it's worth confirming directly with their hiring team whether that pathway is available for specific roles.
What visa types does Court 16 sponsor?
Court 16 sponsors employment-based Green Cards, specifically through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. EB-2 is generally for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability, while EB-3 covers skilled workers. This makes Court 16 a realistic option for candidates seeking permanent residency rather than a temporary work visa.
What types of roles at Court 16 are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
In sports and recreation companies like Court 16, sponsorship tends to be concentrated in specialized or hard-to-fill positions, think operations leadership, head coaching roles, or technical staff with credentials that are difficult to source locally. Roles requiring a specific degree or certification are the strongest candidates for EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship consideration.
How long does the Green Card sponsorship process take at a company like Court 16?
Employer-sponsored Green Cards typically involve three stages: PERM labor certification with the Department of Labor, an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS, and an adjustment of status or consular processing step. The full timeline commonly runs two to four years depending on your country of birth and current visa backlog. Confirming Court 16's internal process early in hiring is strongly advised.
How do I find open jobs at Court 16 that include visa sponsorship?

Rather than guessing which positions include sponsorship, Migrate Mate lets you filter directly by visa type and employer track record, so you can focus your energy on applications where sponsorship is a genuine possibility rather than an assumption.
