Manages a portfolio of high-capacity donors and prospects. Leads team and oversees the active involvement of senior leadership in the implementation and execution of principal gifts strategy and engagement. Manages budgets and evaluates program success.

- Manages annual operating plans and budgets supporting program priorities and assesses program strengths and weaknesses in relation to objectives.
