Job Roles at Vf
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Vf Green Card Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles with specialized skill requirements
VF's Green Card sponsorships tend to concentrate in technical and specialized positions, including product development, data engineering, and supply chain analytics. Focus your applications on roles where your background is genuinely hard to replace with a domestic hire.
Understand VF's brand structure before applying
VF operates multiple distinct brands under one parent company. Green Card sponsorship decisions are often made at the brand level, so understanding whether your target role sits within Vans, The North Face, or another label helps you tailor your pitch effectively.
Raise sponsorship early in the conversation
In Fashion & Apparel, recruiters sometimes assume candidates are locally authorized. Mentioning your Green Card sponsorship need during the first conversation avoids wasted interviews and signals professional self-awareness, which hiring managers at VF generally appreciate.
Leverage verified sponsorship data when job searching
Not every VF job listing will mention Green Card sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on open roles where sponsorship is genuinely on the table rather than guessing from job descriptions.
Align your application with VF's sustainability and innovation priorities
VF has publicly committed to sustainability and digital transformation across its brands. Candidates in supply chain, materials science, or technology who can connect their expertise to these priorities position themselves more strongly for roles that justify the Green Card investment.
Be prepared for the PERM labor market test timeline
Green Card sponsorship at companies like VF involves a multi-year PERM process before you even reach petition filing. Entering the conversation with realistic timeline expectations and familiarity with the EB-2 or EB-3 pathway demonstrates the kind of maturity that encourages employers to commit.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Vf sponsor Green Card visas?
Yes, VF Corporation does sponsor Green Card visas. The company files Green Card petitions for qualified employees in specialized roles across its portfolio of Fashion & Apparel brands. Sponsorship is selective and typically reserved for positions where the company has difficulty finding qualified U.S. workers, so demonstrating a genuinely specialized skill set is important when applying.
Which roles and departments at Vf are most likely to receive Green Card sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship at VF tends to concentrate in roles requiring technical specialization or advanced expertise, including product design and development, technology and data engineering, supply chain management, and corporate finance or analytics. Roles with a direct impact on brand operations or digital transformation are particularly strong candidates for sponsorship consideration across VF's portfolio.
How does the Green Card application process work at a company like Vf?
The process typically begins with PERM labor certification, where VF must demonstrate through a supervised recruitment process that no qualified U.S. worker is available for the role. Once PERM is certified, the company files an immigrant petition, usually under EB-2 or EB-3. After approval, you either file for adjustment of status in the U.S. or go through consular processing abroad, depending on your current immigration situation.
How long does the Green Card process take for Vf employees?
The full Green Card timeline at a company like VF depends heavily on your country of birth and the visa category used. For most nationalities outside India and China, the PERM and petition stages can be completed in one to three years. For Indian nationals, backlogs in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories mean the overall wait can extend significantly beyond that, sometimes by many years.
How do I find open Green Card sponsorship jobs at Vf?
Job listings rarely specify Green Card sponsorship explicitly, which makes it difficult to know where sponsorship is genuinely available. Migrate Mate tracks verified Green Card sponsorship history by employer, so you can search VF's open roles and prioritize positions where the company has a real track record of filing. That saves time and helps you apply with more confidence.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card sponsorship at Vf?
Employers sponsoring a Green Card through the PERM labor certification process must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role. The Department of Labor determines this rate based on the specific job title, location, and experience level. The prevailing wage is locked in during the PERM filing and applies through the entire Green Card process. You can look up current rates using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
