Day in the life of a Customer Service Representative

- Providing excellent internal and external customer service will be at the core of your daily interactions.
- This role will consist of daily customer interactions, answering incoming calls, receipting payments, disbursing funds, providing administrative assistance to our mortgage loan processing and loan documentation process.
- From collecting, coordinating, and uploading documentation to facilitating loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- You'll be involved in tasks ranging from data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations and supply ordering.

What Experience can you Bring?

- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years customer service or office experience required.
- Banking experience preferred.
