Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Braze H-1B Jobs
Target technical and product roles first
Braze's H-1B sponsorship tends to concentrate in software engineering, data engineering, and product management. These functions align most directly with specialty occupation requirements, making them the strongest entry points for H-1B candidates at a marketing technology company.
Understand Braze's product to stand out
Braze builds customer engagement software for enterprise clients. Candidates who demonstrate fluency in data pipelines, APIs, or campaign automation tools signal immediate value, which matters when a company is weighing the added commitment of H-1B sponsorship.
Ask about sponsorship early in the process
Raising visa sponsorship after an offer creates friction. Confirm Braze sponsors H-1B for the specific role and level during your first recruiter screen, so both sides invest time knowing the path is viable from the start.
Time your application around the H-1B cap
USCIS opens H-1B registration in March each year for an October 1 start date. If you're targeting Braze, align your job search to this calendar so your offer timing supports a cap-subject filing without delays.
Search verified sponsors before applying broadly
Not every role at Braze will come with sponsorship, and job postings don't always make that clear. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your effort on positions most likely to support H-1B.
Leverage Braze's marketing technology network
The marketing technology industry has a strong conference and community presence. Connecting with Braze engineers or recruiters through professional events or communities can surface unadvertised roles where sponsorship is already built into the hiring plan.
Braze H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Braze sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Braze sponsors H-1B visas. The company supports international candidates across select technical and professional roles, with sponsorship decisions made on a role-by-role basis. Confirming sponsorship availability directly with a Braze recruiter early in the process is the most reliable way to verify eligibility for a specific position.
Which roles at Braze are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
Software engineering, data engineering, and product management roles at Braze have the strongest alignment with H-1B specialty occupation requirements. Roles that demand a specific technical degree, such as computer science or data science, are more straightforward to sponsor than generalist positions, which may face higher scrutiny from USCIS.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Braze?
Once Braze extends an offer, their immigration team or an outside counsel firm typically manages the H-1B filing. You will need to provide academic credentials, employment history, and any current visa documentation. The process involves a Labor Condition Application filed with the Department of Labor before USCIS receives the petition, so expect several weeks of preparation before anything is submitted.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at Braze?
The H-1B cap runs on a fixed federal calendar, with USCIS registration opening in March and approved petitions taking effect October 1. If your registration is selected in the lottery, your employment at Braze would begin no earlier than that date. Starting your job search at Braze in late 2025 or early 2026 positions you well for the next filing cycle.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Braze that actually offer sponsorship?
Job postings rarely specify H-1B sponsorship clearly, which makes filtering by real history difficult. Migrate Mate compiles verified sponsorship data so you can identify which roles and employers have an active track record before applying. Pairing that with a direct conversation with Braze's recruiting team gives you the clearest picture of what is available.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Braze?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
