- ATS & Job Posting Management | Maintain an accurate, up-to-date applicant tracking system and manage external job posting sites for all stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Improvement | Leverage recruitment data and insights to continuously refine sourcing strategies and hiring processes.
- Stakeholder Partnership | Build strong working relationships with leadership and hiring managers to stay aligned on team needs and evolving priorities.
