Target engineering and technical roles first
Fox Factory's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in specialty occupations like mechanical engineering, product design, and manufacturing engineering. Prioritize roles with a clear degree requirement in a specific technical field to strengthen your petition.
Understand the H-1B timeline before you apply
Fox Factory must file your H-1B petition before the April lottery cap deadline. Start conversations with recruiters early in the calendar year so there's enough runway to complete the Labor Condition Application and petition preparation.
Confirm sponsorship willingness in your first recruiter conversation
Not every open role at Fox Factory comes with H-1B sponsorship attached. Ask directly whether the specific position supports sponsorship during the initial screen to avoid investing time in a process that won't lead anywhere.
Highlight your specialized manufacturing knowledge
Fox Factory builds high-performance products for cycling, motorsports, and industrial markets. Demonstrating deep domain expertise in those verticals signals to hiring managers that your skills are genuinely specialized, which supports the specialty occupation requirement.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsorship roles
Migrate Mate surfaces verified H-1B sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and avoid applying to roles that won't support your visa. Search for Fox Factory listings there to find confirmed sponsorship opportunities faster.
Prepare documentation that connects your degree to the role
USCIS scrutinizes whether the offered position genuinely requires a specific bachelor's degree. Be ready to show your academic credentials align directly with the job duties Fox Factory will describe in the H-1B petition.
Fox Factory H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Fox Factory sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Fox Factory sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying positions. Sponsorship is concentrated in technical and engineering disciplines tied to its manufacturing operations. Not every open role includes sponsorship, so confirming with the recruiter early in the process is essential to avoid wasted effort on both sides.
Which roles and departments at Fox Factory typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Fox Factory is most common in engineering, product development, and technical manufacturing roles where a specific bachelor's degree is a genuine job requirement. Positions in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, and product design are the most natural fit for a specialty occupation petition. General operations or administrative roles are unlikely candidates for sponsorship.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Fox Factory?
Fox Factory's HR and legal teams manage the H-1B petition process internally, typically working with an outside immigration counsel. Once you receive and accept an offer, the employer files a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor, then submits the H-1B petition to USCIS. Your role is to provide educational credentials, passport details, and any prior immigration history accurately and promptly.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at Fox Factory?
If your petition enters the annual H-1B lottery in April, the earliest you can begin work is October 1 of the same year, assuming USCIS approves the petition by then. Standard processing can take several months after selection. Premium processing is available for a fee and accelerates USCIS review to roughly 15 business days, though Fox Factory's policy on covering that cost varies by role.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Fox Factory as an international applicant?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It filters job listings by verified sponsorship history, so you can quickly identify Fox Factory roles that have supported H-1B in the past rather than guessing from a standard job board. Applying through channels that confirm sponsorship upfront saves significant time and avoids the frustration of late-stage rejections based on visa status.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Fox Factory?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
