How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Included Health H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target roles that align with H-1B specialty occupation requirements
Included Health's H-1B sponsorships concentrate in technical and clinical roles requiring a directly related degree. Focus your applications on software engineering, data science, and clinical product positions where specialty occupation status is clearest.
Raise sponsorship early in the recruiter conversation
Technology and healthcare companies like Included Health often screen candidates before engaging hiring managers. Mentioning H-1B need upfront saves time and ensures the recruiter flags your file for roles where the team is open to sponsorship.
Use verified sponsorship data to prioritize your applications
Not every role at Included Health will come with sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on companies and roles where H-1B approval is a genuine possibility.
Highlight domain expertise at the intersection of technology and healthcare
Included Health operates in a specialized space where clinical knowledge and technical skills both matter. Candidates who can demonstrate experience in digital health, health tech platforms, or clinical data stand out in roles most likely to receive H-1B support.
Confirm the role qualifies as a specialty occupation before accepting an offer
USCIS scrutinizes H-1B petitions where the degree requirement isn't explicit in the job description. Before signing, ensure your role at Included Health requires a specific bachelor's degree field, not just any degree, to minimize petition risk.

Does Included Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Included Health sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established sponsorship program, primarily supporting roles in software engineering, data, and clinical technology. Sponsorship is selective rather than universal across all open positions, so it's worth confirming with the recruiter whether a specific role carries H-1B support before progressing far into the interview process.
Which roles and departments at Included Health typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Included Health is most common in technically specialized roles such as software engineering, data engineering, data science, and clinical product development. These positions clearly meet USCIS specialty occupation criteria. Business, operations, and generalist roles are less likely to be sponsored, though exceptions exist depending on the team's hiring needs and budget.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Included Health?
Once Included Health extends an offer and confirms sponsorship, their legal or HR team typically engages an immigration attorney to prepare the I-129 petition. You'll provide educational credentials, employment documents, and biographical information. The employer handles DOL Labor Condition Application filing and USCIS submission. Stay responsive to document requests since delays on your end can affect the filing deadline.
How do I set realistic timeline expectations for H-1B sponsorship at Included Health?
Cap-subject H-1B petitions are filed in early April each year, with employment beginning October 1 if selected. If you're already in H-1B status with another employer, a transfer can happen year-round. Build your job search timeline around these windows. Migrate Mate can help you identify which roles at companies like Included Health are open now and aligned with upcoming filing periods.
How do I strengthen my H-1B application when applying to Included Health?
Ensure your degree field directly corresponds to the role you're applying for, since USCIS reviews this alignment closely for specialty occupation determinations. A strong educational record and any advanced credentials in health technology, computer science, or a related discipline improve the petition's foundation. Clear documentation of how your qualifications match the specific role also supports the employer's legal team in preparing a stronger petition.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Included Health?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
