Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Klaviyo H-1B Jobs
Target engineering and technical roles
Klaviyo's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in software engineering, data science, and machine learning. Prioritize roles where your technical background aligns with their marketing automation and analytics platform to maximize sponsorship likelihood.
Confirm sponsorship intent before applying
Not every open role at Klaviyo comes with H-1B sponsorship. Review each job listing carefully for sponsorship language, and use Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history before investing time in an application.
Understand Klaviyo's H-1B timeline expectations
H-1B petitions are tied to USCIS cap seasons with an April 1 filing window. If you're interviewing at Klaviyo in late fall or winter, your start date will likely align with the following October 1 cap season.
Highlight domain expertise in martech or SaaS
Klaviyo operates in a competitive Technology and Software niche. Demonstrating hands-on experience with marketing technology, data pipelines, or B2C SaaS platforms strengthens your case as a specialty occupation candidate under H-1B requirements.
Ask the recruiter directly about sponsorship scope
During early conversations with Klaviyo recruiters, ask specifically whether the role supports H-1B sponsorship and whether the company covers legal and filing fees. Getting clarity upfront prevents delays later in the process.
Prepare your degree and specialty occupation documentation early
Klaviyo's immigration counsel will need to establish specialty occupation status for your H-1B petition. Gather your degree transcripts, job offer letter, and any credentials that demonstrate your field of study directly relates to the role.
Klaviyo H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Klaviyo sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Klaviyo sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of filing H-1B petitions, primarily for roles in software engineering, data science, and product development. Sponsorship availability varies by role, so confirm with the recruiter during the hiring process that the specific position includes H-1B support.
Which roles and departments at Klaviyo typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Klaviyo is most common in technical departments, including software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, and product management. These roles align well with H-1B specialty occupation requirements because they typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field such as computer science or engineering.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Klaviyo?
Once Klaviyo extends an offer for a sponsored role, their immigration counsel handles the H-1B petition, including the Labor Condition Application filed with the Department of Labor and the I-129 petition submitted to USCIS. Your main responsibility is providing documentation: transcripts, passport details, and employment history. Klaviyo coordinates the timeline with USCIS filing windows.
How do I find verified H-1B sponsorship jobs at Klaviyo?
Klaviyo posts openings on its careers page, but not every listing specifies sponsorship. Migrate Mate filters job listings by verified sponsorship history, making it easier to identify Klaviyo roles that have actively supported H-1B candidates. This saves time compared to applying broadly and asking about sponsorship after the fact.
What timeline should I expect for H-1B sponsorship at Klaviyo?
If you're selected in the H-1B lottery, USCIS allows petitions to be filed starting April 1, with an employment start date no earlier than October 1. From offer acceptance to work authorization, the process typically spans several months. Klaviyo's immigration team will communicate key deadlines, but plan your job search around the annual cap season if you need H-1B sponsorship.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Klaviyo?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
