The Atlas Clusters organization is responsible for the core data plane services that power MongoDB Atlas, the leading multi-cloud database-as-a-service. As a Software Engineer on the team, you will be instrumental in building the next generation of cloud-agnostic, distributed systems that manage the lifecycle of our database clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for millions of users worldwide. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and design new features for MongoDB Atlas
- Contribute to and lead complex technical projects
- Work with stakeholders throughout MongoDB to build our roadmap and product offerings

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
