Job Roles at Pvh
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Pvh H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target corporate and technical functions
PVH's H-1B sponsorship tends to concentrate in roles requiring specialized expertise, such as technology, finance, and product development. Focus your search on these departments rather than general retail or administrative positions, which rarely lead to sponsorship.
Understand PVH's sponsorship timeline early
H-1B petitions must be filed months before your intended start date. Raise sponsorship in later-stage interviews and confirm PVH's willingness to file before accepting an offer, so neither side is caught off guard by the April lottery deadline.
Research PVH's verified sponsorship history
Before applying, confirm that PVH has actually sponsored H-1B visas in your target role and department. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history rather than relying on company claims or outdated information.
Align your application to PVH's brand priorities
PVH operates globally across fashion and consumer goods. Candidates who connect their specialized skills to PVH's core brands, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, present a clearer business case for sponsorship than those with generalist profiles.
Engage with PVH's talent acquisition team directly
In consulting and professional services environments, recruiters often hold significant influence over sponsorship decisions. Reaching out directly to PVH recruiters and clearly stating your visa needs upfront can prevent late-stage surprises during the H-1B process.

Does PVH sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, PVH does sponsor H-1B visas, though its program is selective. Sponsorship is most common in specialized corporate roles across technology, finance, and product-related functions tied to its Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands. Candidates in general retail or entry-level support roles are less likely to receive H-1B sponsorship.
Which roles and departments at PVH are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at PVH is most concentrated in roles that require a specific professional degree and specialized knowledge. Technology, data analytics, finance, and product development positions are your strongest targets. Roles that are broadly generalist or do not require a degree in a specific field are less likely to qualify under H-1B specialty occupation standards.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at PVH?
Once PVH agrees to sponsor you, their legal team or an outside immigration attorney will file a Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor and then submit the H-1B petition to USCIS. You will need to provide education credentials, employment documentation, and personal immigration history. The process is managed by the employer, but staying responsive and organized on your end keeps it on track.
How do I find H-1B jobs at PVH that are open to sponsorship?
Not every PVH job listing explicitly states whether sponsorship is available, which makes it difficult to filter on the company's own careers page. Migrate Mate lets you search specifically for roles at verified H-1B sponsors and filter by company, so you can focus your applications on positions where PVH has a documented history of sponsoring visas.
What timeline should I expect for H-1B sponsorship at PVH?
The H-1B process runs on an annual cycle. USCIS opens registration in early March, the lottery runs in late March, and approved petitions have an October 1 start date. If you are already on F-1 OPT, PVH can continue employing you while your petition is pending. Plan to have an offer in place by February at the latest to give the company enough time to prepare filings.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Pvh?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
