INTRODUCTION
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
Replit is the fastest way to turn ideas into software. With Replit Agent, anyone can build and ship a real application in natural language, without setting up a single tool. We've grown explosively, from $2M to $400M+ revenue in under a year, with a global community of 60+ million users, and Replit Agent is now one of the fastest-growing products in history.
That same wave is now hitting the enterprise. Companies like Visa, Ernst & Young and Comcast are rolling Replit out to thousands of employees so finance teams, operations leads, and product managers can build without waiting on an engineering backlog. When a company puts Replit in the hands of thousands of employees, they're trusting us with their data and their workflows. That trust has to be earned: SSO and SCIM that just work, governance their security team will sign off on, and real control over where their apps run and how their data is handled. Getting this right is what turns a pilot into a company-wide standard, and it's one of the biggest levers on Replit's next phase of growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Staff Product Manager to own Replit's enterprise product end to end. We've built one of the best coding agents in the world. The work now is making it just as powerful inside a big company, where putting it in front of every non-technical employee unlocks enormous leverage. That means extending what Agent can do in an enterprise context and building the platform that lets large organizations adopt it safely and at scale.
This is a role with unusual leverage. We're still early in our enterprise journey but the traction is remarkable, which means most of the platform is still to be built and you'll have an outsized hand in shaping it. You'll decide what we build next, why, and in what order, then drive it to ship with engineering, design, and a sales team that's closing deals every day.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise roadmap end to end. Set the strategy and priorities for everything that makes large companies successful on Replit, from getting through procurement to driving daily usage and expansion across the account.
- Make Replit Agent the best in the world at solving business problems for non-technical users. Turn our coding agent into the fastest path from idea to solving a real problem through software, with the connectors, skills, and workflows enterprise teams need to do mission-critical work.
- Build the enterprise platform. Own the capabilities serious buyers depend on: identity and access (SSO, SCIM), admin and governance, data privacy and compliance, and flexible deployment options like single-tenant and Cloud-Prem.
- Drive land-and-expand. Build the product-led motion that grows a handful of builders into a company-wide rollout, helping teams get more value from Agent, connectors, and reusable workflows along the way.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work hand in hand with engineering, design, sales, and security, turning what you learn from won and lost deals into product that ships.
- Be the voice of the enterprise customer. Spend real time with customers, on calls, in security reviews, and on-site, and carry those needs back into a company that grew up serving individuals and prosumers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 focused on enterprise products.
- Fluency with IT and admin buyer personas and what they need to adopt and roll out software at scale.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional skills, with a track record of moving work forward across engineering, design, sales, and security.
- Strong technical judgment. You can understand deep technical concepts and go deep with engineers on security and infrastructure topics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience selling into regulated industries and familiarity with frameworks like SOC 2 and HIPAA.
- Experience at a scale-up that grew its enterprise motion from infancy to scale.

Target core engineering roles
Replit's H-1B sponsorship is concentrated in software engineering, infrastructure, and AI-related positions. Focus your application on technical roles that align directly with building or scaling the platform, where sponsorship is most consistently available.
Demonstrate specialty occupation fit
H-1B approval requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation. Highlight how your degree field maps directly to the position, whether that's computer science, machine learning, or systems engineering, to strengthen Replit's sponsorship petition on your behalf.
Understand Replit's hiring timeline relative to the H-1B cap
Cap-subject H-1B petitions are filed in April for an October start date. Align your interview process with Replit's recruiting cycles so an offer can be finalized well before the annual registration window opens in March.
Research verified H-1B sponsorship history before applying
Not every open role at a technology company comes with sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you prioritize Replit openings where H-1B support is confirmed.
Lead with impact on developer tools or AI products
Replit operates in a competitive Technology and Software niche where product outcomes matter. Frame your experience around measurable contributions to developer platforms, compilers, or AI tooling, areas where Replit is most actively building and hiring internationally.
Prepare for technical depth early in the interview process
Replit's engineering interviews move quickly and evaluate deep technical fundamentals. Starting interview preparation early gives you more time to address any H-1B-related questions from the recruiter and confirm sponsorship availability before progressing far into the process.
Replit H-1B Visa Sponsorship: Frequently Asked Questions
Does Replit sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Replit sponsors H-1B visas. Sponsorship is primarily available for technical and engineering roles, consistent with Replit's focus on developer tools and AI infrastructure. Like most technology companies of its size, H-1B support is selective and tied to specific open positions rather than offered across all departments.
Which roles at Replit are most likely to receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Replit is most common in software engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, and product development roles. These positions typically require a degree in a directly related field, satisfying the specialty occupation requirement that underpins H-1B eligibility. Non-technical roles are less likely to come with sponsorship.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process through Replit?
Once Replit extends an offer, their legal or HR team works with an immigration attorney to file your H-1B petition. Your role is to provide educational credentials, employment history, and supporting documentation. The employer handles filing fees and submission to USCIS. Confirming sponsorship intent early in the recruiter conversation avoids surprises later.
How long does H-1B sponsorship take at Replit?
For cap-subject H-1B petitions, the full timeline runs roughly six to eight months from lottery registration in March to the October 1 start date. If Replit files with premium processing, USCIS adjudicates the petition within 15 business days of receipt, though lottery selection itself cannot be expedited.
How do I find open H-1B jobs at Replit?
The most reliable approach is searching job boards that track verified sponsorship history rather than relying solely on a company's careers page, which rarely specifies visa support. Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for H-1B sponsors in the Technology and Software sector, making it easier to identify active Replit openings where international candidates are genuinely considered.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Replit?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
