About The Role
As a Senior Solution Consultant within our Public Sector team, you will be the technical voice of Socure throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to government and education agencies, aligning Socure’s identity verification platform with their mission-critical needs around fraud prevention, access control, compliance, and citizen service delivery. Working closely with sales, data science, product, and marketing, you’ll tailor solutions, lead demonstrations, lead mission reviews with customers, support RFP responses, and ensure technical success from first meeting through onboarding. You will also serve as a cross-functional connector, translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders internally and externally.
What You’ll Do
-
Partner with Sales to support Public Sector business development across East, West, Central, South, and Federal teams, including product demonstrations, solution design, and SOW development. Collaborate closely with regional Sales teams to drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the public sector. Support the full pre-sales lifecycle by delivering tailored product demonstrations, contributing to solution architecture aligned with agency requirements, and developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly define scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
-
Lead technical discovery sessions and translate agency pain points into clear, compelling product value propositions. Facilitate structured discovery engagements with agency stakeholders to uncover operational challenges, fraud risks, and identity verification gaps. Synthesize findings into well-defined technical and business requirements, and articulate how Socure’s capabilities address these needs through differentiated, outcome-driven value propositions.
-
Design and execute Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) in close collaboration with Data Science to demonstrate Socure’s platform impact and analytical capabilities. Develop and manage POCs using client-provided or synthetic datasets to validate solution performance. Partner with Data Science teams to configure models, analyze results, and present measurable outcomes such as fraud capture rates, false positive reduction, and auto-approval improvements.
-
Conduct in-depth client analysis, including portfolio scrubs, performance tuning, and fraud investigations, to optimize outcomes and reduce risk. Perform comprehensive analyses of client identity populations through portfolio scrubs and retrospective reviews. Identify fraud patterns, synthetic identities, and operational inefficiencies, and recommend targeted performance tuning strategies to improve accuracy, reduce risk exposure, and enhance decisioning outcomes.
-
Deliver customer presentations and portfolio readouts, clearly communicating performance insights, fraud trends, and optimization opportunities. Lead executive and operational-level presentations that translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights. Present portfolio performance metrics, emerging fraud trends, and recommended adjustments to workflows or decision logic to drive continuous improvement.
-
Work closely with Data Science teams during analytical phases to interpret model outputs, refine strategies, and support data-driven decisioning. Act as a bridge between client needs and Data Science by contextualizing model outputs, validating assumptions, and ensuring analytical approaches align with real-world use cases. Contribute to iterative model and strategy refinement based on client-specific data and outcomes.
-
Translate complex data insights and machine learning outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations for public sector stakeholders. Simplify advanced analytics, model scores, and reason codes into language accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. Provide practical recommendations that agencies can implement to improve fraud prevention while maintaining equitable access to services.
-
Develop a deep understanding of Socure’s product roadmap, enhancements, and capabilities, and align them to customer workflows and use cases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform innovations, including new features, model enhancements, and regulatory alignments. Proactively identify opportunities to introduce relevant capabilities into customer environments to improve performance and future-proof implementations.
-
Ensure customer workflows are optimized to meet objectives across fraud prevention, false positive reduction, and inclusive, risk-based identity verification. Design and refine decisioning workflows that balance security and user experience. Leverage Socure’s layered approach (e.g., Sigma, Document Verification, and risk signals) to minimize friction for legitimate users while effectively identifying and mitigating fraud.
-
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback and help shape product direction based on client needs and emerging fraud trends. Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing insights from the field, including feature gaps, usability considerations, and evolving fraud patterns. Contribute to product innovation by informing roadmap priorities and validating new capabilities against real-world public sector requirements.
-
Support customer adoption and expansion by monitoring usage, identifying optimization opportunities, and sharing Public Sector–specific best practices. Track client engagement and solution performance post-deployment to ensure successful adoption. Recommend enhancements, additional modules, or workflow adjustments that drive increased value, and share best practices tailored to public sector programs and compliance requirements.

Job Roles at Socure
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Socure H-1B Visa Sponsorship Jobs USA
Target Socure's core technical teams
Socure's H-1B sponsorship is strongest in engineering and data science roles tied to its identity verification and machine learning products. Focus your applications on positions where your technical background aligns directly with their AI infrastructure work.
Confirm sponsorship before applying
Not every open role at Socure will include H-1B sponsorship. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you avoid wasting time on roles that won't support your visa needs.
Understand the H-1B cap timeline
Socure operates on the standard H-1B cap schedule. Lottery registration opens in March, with an October 1 start date if selected. Align your application and interview timeline with these dates to avoid gaps in your work authorization.
Highlight specialty occupation alignment
USCIS requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. When applying to Socure, clearly connect your degree field to the technical responsibilities in the job description to strengthen the petition.
Engage Socure's recruiting team early
In competitive Technology & Software hiring, early recruiter contact signals serious intent. Reach out before or alongside submitting your application to confirm that the specific role supports H-1B sponsorship and to clarify their internal process timelines.
Prepare for a multi-stage technical interview
Socure's hiring process for sponsored roles typically involves multiple technical rounds. Strong performance throughout signals low risk to the employer, which matters when they're committing to the cost and process of filing an H-1B petition on your behalf.

Does Socure sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Socure sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established sponsorship program with a track record of filing H-1B petitions, primarily for technical roles in engineering, data science, and machine learning. If you're in a relevant technical field, Socure is a legitimate target employer for H-1B sponsorship.
Which roles at Socure typically receive H-1B sponsorship?
H-1B sponsorship at Socure is concentrated in roles that directly support its identity verification and AI fraud detection platform. Software engineers, machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product managers with technical backgrounds are the most common sponsored positions. Non-technical roles are less likely to be included in sponsorship.
How do I navigate the H-1B application process at Socure?
Once Socure extends an offer to a sponsored candidate, their HR and legal teams typically handle the H-1B petition process with an outside immigration attorney. Your responsibility is to provide personal documentation, degree credentials, and employment history. Staying responsive during document collection is critical to keeping the petition on schedule.
How do I find H-1B jobs at Socure that confirm sponsorship?
Not all job postings clearly state sponsorship eligibility, which makes it easy to apply to roles that won't support an H-1B. Migrate Mate filters job listings by verified sponsorship history, so you can identify Socure openings where H-1B support is confirmed before you invest time in the application process.
What timeline should I expect for H-1B sponsorship at Socure?
The H-1B cap process runs on a fixed annual schedule. Lottery registration typically opens in March, with cap-subject petitions filed shortly after selection. Employment on the new H-1B begins October 1 of the same year. From offer to work authorization, the full process can take six months or longer depending on when you receive your offer.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B jobs at Socure?
H-1B employers must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is determined when they file the Labor Condition Application with the Department of Labor. The rate is based on the role, location, and experience level, and ensures international hires are paid comparably to U.S. workers in the same position. You can look up prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the DOL's OFLC Wage Search tool.
