Skill Set:
- Overall automation experience 7-9 years
- Coded UI, TFS and MTM (Min 4 years exp)
- Proven ability to analyse business and technical risk then translate this into an automation framework & test strategy.
- Ability to create test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Good experience in implementing various automation frameworks like keyword driven, hybrid, Data driven framework etc.
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Strong expertise on C#
- Good experience in Test Automation - Design, Architecture and Strategy
- Strong hands-on experience in analysing software testing tools and frameworks required to perform service delivery
- Defining best practices for test automation
- Good knowledge in BFSI and should have worked in Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Equities, Money Market Funds areas
- Coded UI Tool Experience
- Overall Automation experience in Framework design and scripting
- Knowledge of Financial Market (Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds... how it works)
