Target operations and logistics roles first
Hellmann's core business is freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and supply chain management. Roles in these operational areas align most directly with the company's workforce needs and are the most likely candidates for immigration sponsorship consideration.
Understand that Hellmann leans toward permanent residence sponsorship
Hellmann has shown a preference for Green Card pathways like EB-2 and EB-3 over temporary work visas. If you're looking for a route to permanent residence in the U.S., this makes Hellmann a more relevant target than employers who only offer H-1B sponsorship.
Position yourself for specialized or senior roles
Green Card sponsorship, particularly under EB-2, typically requires demonstrating advanced expertise or a professional degree. Highlighting specialized logistics knowledge, certifications, or leadership experience strengthens your case significantly when applying.
Research Hellmann's U.S. office locations before applying
Hellmann operates regional hubs across the U.S., and sponsorship decisions are often tied to specific locations with active hiring needs. Targeting offices in major freight corridors increases your chances of landing a sponsored role.
Be upfront about your visa needs early in the process
Hellmann sponsors a focused set of candidates rather than sponsoring at high volume, so it's important to have a direct conversation about immigration support during early interviews rather than waiting until an offer stage.
Use Migrate Mate to find verified sponsorship opportunities
Hellmann's sponsorship activity isn't always visible on general job boards. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors filtered by visa type and industry, so you can identify open logistics roles at companies with a real Green Card sponsorship track record.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Hellmann Worldwide Logistics sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has not been an active H-1B visa sponsor. The company's immigration support has focused on permanent residence pathways instead. If H-1B sponsorship is your priority, it's worth confirming directly with Hellmann's HR team, as sponsorship decisions can vary by role and business need.
What visa types does Hellmann Worldwide Logistics sponsor?
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has sponsored Green Card petitions under the EB-2 and EB-3 preference categories. These pathways are designed for professionals with advanced degrees or skilled workers in roles that require at least a bachelor's degree. If you're targeting permanent residence, Hellmann is worth pursuing, especially if your background is in logistics or supply chain.
Which departments or roles at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics are most likely to receive sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Hellmann is most commonly associated with operational and professional roles tied to the company's core freight forwarding and logistics business. Positions in supply chain management, customs operations, and logistics coordination are most relevant. Roles requiring specialized credentials or industry experience are better positioned for employer-sponsored permanent residence support.
How do I find open sponsored jobs at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics?
Hellmann's sponsored openings aren't always easy to identify through general searches. Migrate Mate tracks companies with verified sponsorship histories and lets you filter by visa type, so you can find active openings at Hellmann and similar transportation and logistics employers that have a track record of supporting Green Card sponsorship.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting Hellmann Worldwide Logistics for sponsorship?
Green Card sponsorship involves multiple stages, including PERM labor certification, petition filing, and visa availability, which can take one to several years depending on your country of birth and the preference category. Starting the conversation about sponsorship early in the hiring process and working with an immigration attorney once you receive an offer helps you plan realistically and avoid surprises.
