Position Overview:
As the Chief of Staff at HighRadius, you will be a strategic business partner to our VP of Strategic Alliances, playing a pivotal role driving their vision, outputs, and inputs. Key Duties & Responsibilities
Stakeholder and Project Management
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings, calls, and appointments efficiently.
- Ensure that all meetings, documents, and communications are contextually accurate and aligned with the VP's objectives.
- Manage the flow of information to and from the VP's office, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of critical data.
- Track decisions, challenges, and information that require the VP's attention, following up on action items and ensuring their completion.
Corporate Strategy Documentation
- Create company operating frameworks to aid executives in documentation of business decisions. Present drafts to the VP for review, incorporating feedback to finalize corporate strategy and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights to support the creation of comprehensive reporting and analytics.
- Prepare presentations for town halls and other company-wide initiatives, carrying out key company objectives.
