Target roles in medical communications and strategy
IPG Health's sponsorship history skews toward specialized professional roles in healthcare marketing, medical affairs, and brand strategy. Focus your search on positions that require a specific degree or technical background, these align most closely with the specialty occupation standard.
Understand that Green Card support is a real possibility
IPG Health has a strong track record of supporting employees through the permanent residency process, not just nonimmigrant visas. If long-term U.S. status matters to you, ask recruiters directly about EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship during early conversations.
Canadian candidates have an additional pathway via TN
IPG Health sponsors the TN visa, which gives Canadian professionals in qualifying marketing, communications, or scientific roles a faster, lottery-free option. If you're Canadian and hold a relevant degree, the TN pathway is worth discussing with your recruiter explicitly.
Browse verified sponsorship history before applying
Confirming a company's sponsorship track record before applying saves significant time. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, check IPG Health's profile to see which visa types they've supported and which role types recur.
Align your application to IPG Health's healthcare marketing focus
Generic marketing experience is less competitive here. Candidates who can demonstrate understanding of regulated industries, pharmaceutical advertising, or healthcare brand strategy are far better positioned, both for hiring and for meeting the specialty occupation threshold required for H-1B sponsorship.

Does IPG Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, IPG Health sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of filing H-1B petitions for qualifying professional roles in healthcare marketing and advertising. Sponsorship tends to go to positions that meet the specialty occupation standard, typically requiring a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or life sciences.
Which visa types does IPG Health sponsor?
IPG Health sponsors a range of visa types including H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and permanent residency pathways through EB-2 and EB-3. This breadth makes them accessible to international students on OPT, early-career professionals, and candidates seeking long-term immigration support, not just temporary work authorization.
Which departments or roles at IPG Health are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at IPG Health is most common in roles that require specialized knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated marketing. Medical communications, brand strategy, scientific services, and account management positions within the healthcare advertising space are the most consistent fit. Roles requiring a clearly defined degree background are better positioned for H-1B specialty occupation approval than generalist positions.
How do I find open sponsored roles at IPG Health?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find open roles at IPG Health that come with verified sponsorship history. You can filter by visa type and employer to surface positions aligned with your specific immigration situation. Reviewing IPG Health's profile on Migrate Mate shows which visa categories they've actively used, helping you prioritize where to focus your application.
How do I time my application to IPG Health around the H-1B lottery?
The H-1B cap registration window opens in early March each year, with selections typically announced by late March. To be included, your employer needs to register you before that window closes. Targeting IPG Health in the October-to-February window gives you the best chance of having an offer and paperwork ready in time. F-1 students on OPT can start before the lottery and transition to H-1B status if selected.
