Job Title: SAP ECC Accounting Manager
Job Location: Memphis, TN - 100% on-site role.
Compensation: $120k-$170k + 10% Bonus + Comprehensive Health Benefits + 401k with 2.5% Match
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ yrs of SAP implementation experience (ECC or S/4hana)
- Experience managing at least 1 direct report
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

- Manufacturing experience

- Support audit and tax workflows
- Enhance integration between accounting, operations, and external partners
Systems Expertise & Process Improvement
- Serve as SAP ECC subject matter expert
- Partner with IT to troubleshoot and enhance ERP workflows
- Participate in ERP initiatives and implementations
- Bridge functional accounting and technical ERP teams
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement system-based solutions
