JOB DETAILS
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full litigation support on construction defect cases from inception through trial
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
- Coordinate and manage all phases of discovery, including document production, interrogatories, and subpoenas
- Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation calendars
- Assist with trial preparation, including deposition summaries, witness coordination, and exhibit preparation
- Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and internal teams as needed
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of paralegal experience within a litigation environment (construction defect experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of litigation processes, procedures, and timelines
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
