Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Service Sales Account Executive to join our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) division. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales and customer service, with a strong focus on HVAC systems. This position will require regular travel to assigned territories, with occasional overnight stays to meet the needs of the district.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, focusing on excellent customer service.
2. Drive sales growth by identifying potential new customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored HVAC solutions.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of HVAC services.
4. Provide technical support and advice to customers, helping them understand the benefits and functionalities of our HVAC systems.
5. Regularly travel to assigned territories to meet with customers and potential clients.
6. Stay updated with the latest HVAC products and services, using this knowledge to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. HVAC certification and 5 years of HVAC field service experience are preferred. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree will be considered.
2. Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
3. Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the HVAC or engineering industry.
4. Exceptional customer-service and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and foster relationships.
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Ability to travel regularly to assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel based on the needs of the District.
7. Working knowledge of sales and product and service subject matter related to HVAC systems.
8. Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
