Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Human Resources Jobs at Jobot Jobs
Frame your HR credentials for staffing
Jobot operates as a staffing and recruiting firm, so HR experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, or workforce compliance carries more weight than generalist backgrounds. Tailor your resume to show direct experience managing candidate pipelines or employment processes.
Ask about LCA filing scope during interviews
Because Jobot places workers across multiple client sites, confirm whether your HR role is based at Jobot's own offices or tied to client locations. The Labor Condition Application filed with DOL must cover the actual worksite, which affects your petition and any future transfers.
Find open HR roles using Migrate Mate
Jobot posts Human Resources roles across multiple locations, and availability shifts quickly in the staffing sector. Use Migrate Mate to filter current Jobot HR openings by visa type so you're only applying to roles where sponsorship is actively supported.
Prepare documentation before the offer stage
Have your degree certificates, transcripts, and prior visa approval notices organized before you receive an offer. Jobot's HR hires often move quickly through the offer process, and delays in gathering documents can slow the I-129 petition timeline with USCIS.
Distinguish TN eligibility for HR roles carefully
TN status covers specific professional categories defined under USMCA. HR roles at Jobot may qualify if your duties align with recognized categories like management consultant or human resources specialist, but the job description must clearly match, so review the duties list with your employer before filing.

Find Human Resources at Jobot JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Jobot sponsor H-1B visas for Human Resources?
Yes, Jobot has sponsored H-1B visas for Human Resources professionals. As a staffing and recruiting company, Jobot handles HR functions internally and has supported sponsorship for qualified candidates in this function. Your best path is applying directly to open HR roles and confirming sponsorship eligibility during the recruiter screening call.
How do I apply for Human Resources jobs at Jobot?
You can browse and apply for Jobot's Human Resources openings through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you can identify roles where H-1B, F-1 OPT, or TN support is available. Apply directly through the job listing, and be prepared to discuss your visa status and work authorization timeline early in the process.
Which visa types does Jobot typically support for Human Resources roles?
Jobot has supported H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visas for Human Resources positions. H-1B is the most common long-term path for HR professionals. F-1 OPT is viable for recent graduates entering HR, particularly in talent operations or recruiting coordination. TN is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose HR duties align with USMCA-defined professional categories.
What qualifications does Jobot look for in Human Resources candidates requiring sponsorship?
Jobot's HR roles sit within a fast-moving staffing environment, so experience in recruiting operations, employee relations, or HR compliance tends to be prioritized. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field generally supports the specialty occupation requirement for H-1B purposes. Candidates with hands-on experience managing high-volume hiring or workforce processes are particularly competitive.
How do I time my application around visa processing for a Jobot HR role?
H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed once per year, with the registration window typically opening in March and employment starting no earlier than October 1. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your remaining authorized period covers Jobot's expected start date. TN status can be obtained at a port of entry, which gives Canadian nationals more flexibility on timing.
