JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and manage data in various company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Use MS Office tools, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, to manage and analyze data.
- Prepare and generate data reports, presenting them in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with the legal team to understand the data requirements for each case and provide necessary support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure all data practices are in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and manuals related to data management.
- Participate in meetings, providing data-related insights and recommendations.
- Provide data processing support to all departments and perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data processing role, preferably within the legal industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel is required.
- Bachelor's degree in data management, computer science, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
