Target Roles Tied to Active Product Lines
Lam hires Engineering Technicians across etch, deposition, and CMP product lines. Identifying which product area aligns with your technical background improves your fit score and signals to recruiters you understand where the work actually happens.
Clarify Your OPT or CPT Timeline Before Outreach
If you're on F-1 status, calculate your remaining OPT window before your first recruiter call. Lam's onboarding and any H-1B cap filing timeline need to fit within your authorized period, and surprises here slow offers down.
Understand Which Visa Pathway Fits Your Background
