Key Responsibilities
The engineering tech will provide direct support to process engineers and be responsible for direct support of various manufacturing processes in the Carrollton Cable facility. The job functions include troubleshooting process related problems; development of new products and processes; design tooling, machines and components to improve existing processes; improve processes by performing trials and creating operating guidelines to document changes; Supporting introductions of new materials; Provide technical support to different departments. Engineering tech also creates specifications for new equipment and is involved in the layout and commissioning of equipment and materials. Interaction with sister cable around the world.

- Improving process yields, through-put, flexibility, productivity and capacity.
