ASSISTANT SWIM COACH RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts structured and organized daily practices, swim meets and works with other coaches and parents for a successful and fun season for children ages 5-18 years old
- Provides a safe aquatic environment for members and their guests
- Other duties as assigned
ASSISTANT SWIM COACH QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent guest service skills
- Previous coaching experience required
- College degree or comparable level of education/experience preferred
