Job Roles at NOBULL Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in NOBULL Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles where NOBULL hires internationally
NOBULL's sponsorship activity tends to concentrate in technical and specialized functions. Focus your application on roles in product development, supply chain, or operations where specialized expertise is harder to source domestically.
Understand the manufacturing context
NOBULL operates in a manufacturing-adjacent industry where technical roles often justify sponsorship. Frame your skills around product, supply chain, or engineering functions that directly support their production and distribution operations.
Apply well ahead of the H-1B cap season
H-1B registrations open each March. If you're targeting full-time sponsorship, start engaging NOBULL's recruiting team several months early so an offer and petition can be in place before the registration deadline.
Search for verified sponsoring employers before applying broadly
Not all companies in the apparel and manufacturing space sponsor visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and spend your time on employers like NOBULL that have an actual track record.
Tailor your resume to NOBULL's brand and growth stage
NOBULL is a challenger brand competing with established athletic companies. Candidates who demonstrate experience in high-growth consumer brands or direct-to-consumer manufacturing stand out and make the sponsorship investment easier to justify internally.

Does NOBULL sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, NOBULL sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record, though filings tend to be selective and concentrated in specialized roles. If you're targeting H-1B sponsorship at NOBULL, focus on positions where your technical expertise directly supports their product or operations functions and engage recruiters well before cap season.
Which visa types does NOBULL sponsor?
NOBULL sponsors H-1B visas and supports F-1 OPT workers. They do not have a documented history of Green Card or E-3 sponsorship. F-1 OPT is a practical first step for recent graduates, while H-1B sponsorship is available for roles requiring specialized expertise in their manufacturing and consumer brand operations.
Which departments or roles at NOBULL are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
NOBULL's sponsorship activity is most consistent in technical and operationally critical roles. Functions tied to product development, supply chain management, and technical operations are the most viable targets. Roles that require specialized degrees or hard-to-find expertise are where employers in manufacturing typically justify the cost and effort of sponsorship.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at NOBULL?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find verified sponsorship opportunities at companies like NOBULL. You can filter by employer, visa type, and industry to surface roles where sponsorship is confirmed rather than assumed. This saves time compared to applying broadly and discovering sponsorship eligibility late in the process.
How do I approach the application timeline when targeting H-1B sponsorship at NOBULL?
Start early. H-1B cap registrations open in March each year, and USCIS selects registrations by lottery in late March or early April. Your employer needs time to file the petition after selection, with an October 1 start date. To hit that cycle, aim to have an offer finalized by January or February at the latest.
