Target roles aligned with medical coordination and clinical operations
OneLegacy's core work involves organ and tissue procurement, so roles in clinical coordination, medical operations, and healthcare logistics are your strongest bet for visa sponsorship consideration. Tailor your application to demonstrate direct relevance to this mission.
Apply early if you're on OPT or CPT
OneLegacy sponsors F-1 OPT and CPT candidates, making it accessible for international students before H-1B eligibility. Reaching out early in your OPT window gives the organization time to evaluate sponsorship feasibility without rushed timelines.
Understand that sponsorship decisions are selective
OneLegacy sponsors internationally at a measured pace, meaning each hire involves deliberate evaluation. Position yourself as a specialist with skills not easily sourced domestically, particularly in healthcare coordination or organ procurement expertise.
Research TN eligibility if you're Canadian or Mexican
OneLegacy sponsors TN visas alongside H-1B, which is a faster and simpler path for eligible Canadian and Mexican professionals in qualifying healthcare or scientific roles. Confirm your occupation falls under TN-approved categories before applying.
Find open roles using verified sponsorship data
Not every job listing signals genuine sponsorship willingness. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you identify active OneLegacy openings without guessing whether international applicants are welcome.
Emphasize mission alignment in your cover letter
OneLegacy is a nonprofit driven by organ donation and life-saving outcomes. Hiring managers respond to candidates who articulate genuine connection to that mission, not just technical qualifications. Lead with your commitment to healthcare impact alongside your visa sponsorship needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does OneLegacy sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, OneLegacy sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles in its Healthcare & Medical Services operations. Sponsorship is selective rather than high-volume, so competition for sponsored positions is meaningful. Candidates with specialized clinical, coordination, or operational skills directly relevant to organ and tissue procurement are best positioned to receive sponsorship consideration.
Which visa types does OneLegacy sponsor?
OneLegacy sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. This range makes it accessible to international students on practical training, early-career professionals, and Canadian or Mexican nationals in TN-eligible roles. Green Card sponsorship has not been a consistent part of OneLegacy's recent immigration activity, so long-term permanent residence pathways are less predictable here.
Which departments or roles at OneLegacy are most likely to be sponsored?
Sponsored roles at OneLegacy tend to align with its core healthcare mission, including clinical coordination, organ procurement operations, medical support, and relevant administrative or technical functions. Roles requiring specialized medical or scientific knowledge are more likely to justify sponsorship than general administrative positions, given the organization's selective approach to international hiring.
How do I find currently open sponsored positions at OneLegacy?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to browse OneLegacy's open roles filtered by verified sponsorship history. Rather than applying to listings with no clarity on international hiring, you can confirm sponsorship track record upfront and focus your effort on positions where visa support is genuinely on the table. Check back regularly, as nonprofit healthcare organizations post roles on a rolling basis.
How do I improve my chances of getting sponsored at OneLegacy?
Focus on demonstrating specialized expertise that directly supports organ and tissue procurement work, whether clinical, logistical, or scientific. Apply during your OPT or CPT window if you're still studying, since OneLegacy does sponsor those pathways. Lead your application with mission alignment alongside your qualifications, and be prepared to discuss your immigration timeline clearly and early in the process.
