This role is designed to provide immediate impact while also serving as a potential pathway to a full-time opportunity. This is a hybrid position based in New York City (7 Hudson), requiring four days onsite and one remote.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate Manager will function as a hybrid between a Coordinator and Associate Manager, operating at a higher level of ownership and execution. This role is critical in supporting sales teams by delivering high-quality materials, insights, and organization across multiple sports properties.
- Support feature booking and sales enablement efforts across key sports properties
- Create and refine client and prospect-facing sales decks (typically 10–15 slides)
- Manage pricing requests in collaboration with Revenue Management
- Build and maintain trackers for pitches and active sales opportunities
- Provide meeting support, including note-taking and follow-ups
- Develop materials and insights to support Account Executives in selling media packages
- Partner with subject-matter experts across properties such as College Basketball, ACC Network, NCAA Championships, College Football, and more
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of relevant experience in media, sports marketing, or sales support
- Experience supporting digital and/or linear media sales environments
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, and Word
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with high responsiveness
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong accountability
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of the NCAA sports landscape, including conference alignment, media rights, and NIL
- Experience within ad agencies, brand-side sports marketing, or media organizations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
