- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in production or operations management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control principles.
- Proven ability to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and manage complex operational challenges.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
- Ability to lead operations in a variety of manufacturing environments, including low-volume, high complexity assembly.
What Success Looks Like
Production schedules consistently met or exceeded without compromising quality or safety.
Efficient operations supported by well-trained, motivated, and aligned team members.
Inventory levels and staffing are optimized to meet customer demand.
Continuous improvement initiatives are focused on the manufacturing vision to improve safety, scalability, flexibility, and operational excellence.

Job Roles at Packsize Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Packsize Visa Sponsorship USA
Focus on technical and engineering roles
Packsize's manufacturing technology focus means sponsorship activity tends to cluster around engineering, automation, and software roles. Prioritize applications in those departments rather than general business or administrative positions, which are less likely to generate sponsorship.
Understand the manufacturing technology niche
Packsize operates at the intersection of manufacturing and software. Candidates who can speak to both physical production workflows and digital systems integration stand out from applicants with purely traditional manufacturing or purely tech backgrounds.
Time your application around the H-1B lottery calendar
If you need H-1B sponsorship, connect with Packsize well before April. Employers in manufacturing often need lead time to engage immigration counsel and file a registration. Reaching out in Q1 gives both sides enough runway to align before the lottery deadline.
Research verified sponsorship history before applying
Confirming a company's actual sponsorship track record before investing time in an application is smart. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and identify roles at companies like Packsize that are genuinely open to visa candidates.
Highlight specialized skills that are hard to source domestically
Manufacturing technology companies sponsor when the talent gap is real. Frame your application around niche technical competencies, whether in automation, supply chain systems, or precision engineering, that demonstrate why your profile is difficult to fill through the domestic labor market alone.

Does Packsize sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Packsize sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship track record in the manufacturing sector, with sponsorship activity concentrated in technical and engineering functions. If you're targeting an H-1B petition, connecting with Packsize early in the calendar year gives you the best chance of aligning before the annual lottery registration window opens in March.
Which visa types does Packsize sponsor?
Packsize sponsors H-1B visas as well as F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, and J-1 visas. This range makes Packsize accessible to candidates at different stages of their U.S. work authorization journey, from students completing degrees to experienced professionals transitioning from TN or J-1 status into longer-term H-1B sponsorship.
Which departments or roles at Packsize are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at manufacturing technology companies like Packsize tends to be concentrated in roles requiring specialized technical expertise. Engineering, software development, automation, and operations technology positions are the most common pathways. Roles in general administration, sales support, or non-technical operations are less likely to generate sponsorship activity based on industry hiring patterns.
What is the typical application and sponsorship timeline at Packsize?
For H-1B sponsorship, the process typically starts well before the April lottery registration window. Expect several weeks for interviews and offer negotiation, followed by the employer engaging immigration counsel to prepare the petition. For OPT and CPT sponsorship, timelines are more flexible since those don't depend on the annual lottery, but you should still account for internal approval and onboarding processes.
How do I find open visa-sponsored roles at Packsize?
The most reliable way is to use a platform that verifies sponsorship history rather than relying on job postings that may not disclose visa support. Migrate Mate lets you filter by company and visa type, so you can browse current Packsize openings knowing the company has a documented sponsorship track record. This saves time you'd otherwise spend chasing roles at companies that don't sponsor.
