Job Roles at Prime Group Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in Prime Group Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles that require specialized credentials
Prime Group's education focus means sponsorship tends to go to roles requiring advanced degrees or specialized subject matter expertise. Tailor your application to highlight credentials that directly match the academic or instructional needs of the position.
Understand the H-1B timeline before you apply
Prime Group sponsors H-1B visas, which are tied to USCIS's annual cap and lottery cycle. Start conversations with their recruiting team well before April, giving both sides enough runway to prepare a petition if you're selected.
Frame your expertise around educational outcomes
Education employers evaluate candidates on the impact they bring to students, programs, or institutional goals. Position your skills in terms of learning outcomes, curriculum development, or program growth rather than generic professional achievements.
Ask about sponsorship early but professionally
Prime Group's HR team will expect the sponsorship conversation eventually. Raise it directly after an initial positive screening call, not in your cover letter. This signals professionalism and avoids wasting time on both sides if it's not feasible.
Search for open roles on a platform that shows real sponsorship history
Not every job listing indicates whether a company actually sponsors visas. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and apply to Prime Group roles knowing sponsorship is on the table.
Prepare for a thorough specialty occupation review
Education sector H-1B petitions often face close scrutiny on whether the role qualifies as a specialty occupation. Have documentation ready showing your degree directly corresponds to the position, particularly if your title could be filled by non-degree candidates.

Does Prime Group sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Prime Group sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles in the education sector. The H-1B is the primary visa type they support, and sponsorship is generally directed toward positions that require a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. If you're targeting Prime Group, confirm sponsorship availability directly with their recruiting team during the early stages of the process.
What types of roles at Prime Group are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Prime Group tends to be concentrated in roles where specialized academic or technical credentials are essential, such as instructional design, subject matter expertise, curriculum development, or education technology. Roles that clearly require a degree in a specific discipline are stronger candidates for H-1B sponsorship than generalist positions where any bachelor's degree would suffice.
How do I find open sponsored roles at Prime Group?
The most reliable approach is to search for Prime Group on Migrate Mate, which aggregates roles from verified H-1B sponsors and lets you filter by company and visa type. This saves you from applying through general job boards where sponsorship status is often unclear. Once you identify a relevant opening, apply directly and flag your need for sponsorship in your initial outreach.
How do I approach the application process at Prime Group as a visa-dependent candidate?
Lead with your qualifications and fit for the role rather than sponsorship needs. Once you've had a positive initial conversation, raise sponsorship directly and ask whether the position is eligible. Prime Group's education sector focus means they're accustomed to credentialed candidates, so presenting your academic background clearly and early strengthens your position before the visa conversation begins.
What should I know about the H-1B process when targeting Prime Group?
The H-1B is subject to an annual cap with a lottery that runs each spring, so timing is critical. If you want to start a sponsored role by October 1, the petition must be filed in April of that year. Reaching out to Prime Group's hiring team well in advance, ideally several months before that window, gives both parties the time needed to move through interviews, offer, and petition preparation.
