In this role, you won't just be "sending emails"; you will be the engine behind our global growth. You will support the BDR team in capturing new business, vetting high-intent inbound leads, and executing sophisticated outbound initiatives across international markets.

- Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries. Strategically vet leads to ensure they meet PubMatic’s quality standards before routing them to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the regional teams to perform deep-dive research on target accounts, identify key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Utilize a modern tech stack (ZoomInfo, Lusha, SimilarWeb) to build and maintain a high-integrity pipeline of prospects.
- Execute personalized, human-centric outreach campaigns at scale, utilizing a conversational yet strategic tone to engage in global prospects.
- Leverage AI tools to optimize messaging, summarize account research, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Work seamlessly across time zones with our international teams, maintaining a collaborative and proactive "team-first" mindset.

WE'D LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically within the AdTech or SaaS industry.
- You should be comfortable using generative AI to sharpen your writing and research. We value candidates who aren't afraid to innovate with new tools.
- Hands-on experience with contact enrichment and market intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, and SimilarWeb.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to turn complex technical concepts into engaging, conversational messages.
- A strong understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape (DSPs, SSPs, and Supply-Path Optimization).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (CS / IT) or equivalent degree from well-known Institutes / Universities.
