Essential Duties:
- Provide short-term, solution-focused individual counseling to community college students.
- Conduct intake assessments, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed.
- Offer crisis intervention during walk-in hours or by referral.
- Maintain culturally responsive, trauma-informed counseling practices that affirm diverse identities and experiences.
- Facilitate referrals to community providers for long-term therapy, psychiatric care, or specialized services.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
