Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Operations Jobs at rms Company Jobs
Align Your Credentials to FDA-Regulated Environments
Operations roles in medical devices require familiarity with quality management systems like ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820. Documenting hands-on experience with these frameworks on your resume signals immediately that you can operate in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Target Roles That Match Your OPT Timeline
F-1 OPT gives you 12 months of work authorization, with a 60-day grace period if employment ends early. Map rms Company's open operations roles against your OPT expiration and prioritize applications that leave enough runway for employer-sponsored status to take over.
Find rms Company Openings Through Migrate Mate
Operations jobs at visa-sponsoring employers can be hard to surface on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for rms Company's operations roles where sponsorship is confirmed, so you're not applying blind to positions that won't support your visa.
Understand Where TN Fits Your Operations Role
TN status applies to specific USMCA-listed occupations. If you're Canadian or Mexican, verify that your exact operations title, such as industrial engineer or management consultant, appears on DOL's approved TN occupation list before assuming this pathway works for your role at rms Company.
Ask About PERM Timing During the Offer Stage
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires the employer to complete PERM labor certification before USCIS adjudicates the immigrant petition. Ask your rms Company recruiter early whether the role is eligible for Green Card sponsorship and what the typical internal timeline looks like for operations hires.
Prepare Documentation That Supports a Specialty Occupation Argument
H-1B eligibility requires your operations role to qualify as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field. For medical device operations, gather job descriptions, your degree transcripts, and any relevant engineering or quality certifications before the petition is filed with USCIS.

Find Operations at rms Company JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does rms Company sponsor H-1B visas for Operations roles?
rms Company's sponsorship history for operations positions includes EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. H-1B sponsorship is not confirmed in their disclosed filings for operations roles. If H-1B is your primary pathway, verify directly with the recruiter during the offer stage before accepting a position.
How do I apply for Operations jobs at rms Company?
Start by browsing rms Company's open operations positions on Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles where visa sponsorship is available. When applying, tailor your resume to highlight regulated manufacturing experience, quality systems knowledge, and any familiarity with FDA or ISO requirements. Follow up directly with the hiring team to confirm sponsorship availability for your specific visa type before advancing through later interview rounds.
Which visa types are commonly used for Operations roles at rms Company?
rms Company has sponsored F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, EB-2, and EB-3 for operations hires. F-1 OPT and CPT are typically used for early-career candidates transitioning from university programs. TN is available to qualifying Canadian and Mexican nationals in eligible occupations. EB-2 and EB-3 represent employer-sponsored Green Card pathways for longer-term employment, which require PERM labor certification through DOL.
What qualifications does rms Company expect for Operations candidates?
Most operations roles in the medical device industry require a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related technical field. Practical experience with quality management systems such as ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 compliance, and production or logistics process improvement is valued. Roles involving process validation, CAPA management, or ERP systems are particularly common in device manufacturing operations functions.
How do I time my application given visa processing requirements?
If you're on F-1 OPT, factor in your expiration date and the 60-day grace period when targeting a start date. EB-3 PERM cases filed through DOL can take a year or more before USCIS adjudicates the I-140 petition. Starting conversations with rms Company recruiters early in your job search gives you the most room to align offer timing with your visa situation.
