Basic Purpose: Provide service and support needed to keep all Buildings & Grounds systems up and running
Shift: 1st
Pay: $27.00
TOP SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be able to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and electronic prints.
- Must have knowledge of basic industrial maintenance and the ability to repair and install all types of plumbing fixtures, lines, connections, etc.
- Must be able to assist in rigging, setting and installing heavy machinery.
- Must have advanced knowledge of electricity, power distribution, and all aspects of industrial electrical installations.
- Must be capable of installing cabling and conduit.
- Must have experience working with and troubleshooting electrical control circuits.
- Must have basic understanding of IT networks and ability to terminate network cables.
- Basic experience with welding and fabrication is a plus.
TOP ACTUAL TASKS:
- Coordinate and conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on all buildings & grounds and infrastructure.
- Assist with the installation of new machinery and equipment.
- Read prints, identify needed parts/service, check availability of parts, obtain quotes, and work with purchasing to order parts & service.
- Accurately complete maintenance logs, work orders, weekly maintenance worksheets, and other paperwork requested by the Company.
- Must be able to work with outside Contractors.
- Must work closely with the IT department.
- Must make sure that all work is performed to code.
