Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Create driver schedules
- Manage driver hours and expenses
- Schedule movement of equipment
- Schedule Purchasing & Production errands
- Make travel arrangements
- Other duties as needed
Commitments and Location:
- Permanent full-time role based in Dixon, IL

- At least 18 years of age
- Prompt, daily attendance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Ability to effectively communicate through multiple channels and levels in the organization
- Ability to answer phones and work with customers professionally
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations preferred, not required
