You will partner closely with site leadership to ensure adherence to company policies, CBAs, and California labor laws. - Full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for new hires
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with federal, state (California), and local regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records, including I-9s and personnel files, ensuring audit readiness
- Serve as the primary HR liaison between hourly employees and management, fostering strong communication
- Support labor relations, including grievance handling and union interactions, while driving HR initiatives
