Target roles that match your visa type
Solstice Health sponsors H-1B, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT, so prioritize applying to technical and software roles where these visa types are most commonly supported. Avoid applying to roles outside this hiring pattern.
Apply early if you're on OPT
F-1 OPT timelines are tight. Solstice Health operates in a technical industry where onboarding takes time, so reaching out before your OPT window closes gives both sides room to navigate the sponsorship process.
Lead with your technical skills
Solstice Health is a Technology & Software company. Applicants who clearly demonstrate specialized technical competencies are far more likely to be considered for visa sponsorship than those with generalist backgrounds.
Use CPT proactively if you're still in school
Solstice Health sponsors F-1 CPT, making it a viable option for students looking to gain experience before graduation. A CPT role can also position you favorably for a future OPT or H-1B offer.
Research open roles through verified sponsorship data
When targeting companies like Solstice Health, confirm sponsorship history before applying. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on employers who actually file.
Understand the H-1B lottery timeline before you apply
If you need H-1B sponsorship from Solstice Health, factor in the lottery registration window in March. Time your job search so an offer can realistically align with the annual cap-subject H-1B filing cycle.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Solstice Health sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Solstice Health does sponsor H-1B visas. The company operates in the Technology & Software industry, where H-1B sponsorship is most common for specialized technical roles. If you're currently on F-1 OPT and approaching the end of your work authorization window, H-1B sponsorship through Solstice Health is a realistic pathway to pursue, provided you're in a qualifying role.
What visa types does Solstice Health sponsor?
Solstice Health sponsors H-1B visas as well as F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for students and recent graduates. This makes the company accessible at multiple stages of your immigration journey, whether you're still completing your degree, working on post-graduation OPT, or seeking longer-term H-1B status through an employer petition.
Which roles at Solstice Health are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given Solstice Health's position in the Technology & Software sector, sponsorship is most commonly associated with technical roles, including software engineering, data, and product-focused positions. Roles requiring specialized skills that are harder to fill domestically tend to see stronger sponsorship consideration. Candidates with niche technical expertise are generally better positioned to receive an offer that includes visa support.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Solstice Health?
The most reliable approach is to search through platforms that verify sponsorship history rather than relying solely on job postings, which rarely specify visa support upfront. Migrate Mate lists verified sponsors across industries, including Technology & Software companies like Solstice Health, so you can browse open roles with confidence that sponsorship is a real possibility and not just implied.
How do I time my application to Solstice Health around the H-1B cap?
H-1B registrations open each March for an October 1 start date. To align with this cycle, aim to secure an offer from Solstice Health by late February at the latest. Starting your job search in the fall or early winter gives you the best chance of completing the hiring process in time for your employer to register you before the lottery deadline.
