Align Your Degree to Capital Markets Functions
TD Securities Program Analyst roles typically require a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field. USCIS scrutinizes specialty occupation eligibility closely for analyst titles, so a direct degree-to-role match strengthens your H-1B petition significantly.
Target TD Securities Rotational Analyst Programs
TD Securities recruits Program Analysts through structured rotational programs across divisions like investment banking, equity research, and fixed income. Applying through these pipelines puts you in front of hiring managers who already have established visa sponsorship workflows for incoming cohorts.
Find Open Roles Through Migrate Mate
Browse verified Program Analyst openings at TD Securities on Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for visa-sponsoring employers. You can confirm active listings and apply directly without sifting through roles where sponsorship is unclear or unavailable.
Prepare Your LCA Documents Before an Offer
Your employer files the Labor Condition Application with DOL before submitting your H-1B petition. Having your educational transcripts, job description details, and work history organized in advance helps TD Securities' immigration team move quickly once an offer is extended.
Understand How E-3 Fits Your Timeline
If you're an Australian citizen, the E-3 visa bypasses the H-1B lottery entirely and can be filed at a U.S. consulate abroad with a faster turnaround. For Program Analyst roles at TD Securities, this pathway removes a significant element of timing uncertainty from your start date.
Confirm Sponsorship Scope During Offer Negotiations
TD Securities sponsors both temporary work visas and employment-based Green Cards, but coverage for EB-2 or EB-3 PERM filings is typically confirmed after an initial period in the role. Ask your recruiter directly which pathways are supported for Program Analyst positions during the offer stage.

Find Program Analyst at TD Securities JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does TD Securities sponsor H-1B visas for Program Analysts?
Yes, TD Securities sponsors H-1B visas for Program Analyst roles. As a large financial institution operating in investment banking and capital markets, TD Securities has established immigration support processes for this function. Because H-1B petitions are subject to the annual lottery, your recruiter can walk you through how the firm manages timing and contingency planning around cap season.
How do I apply for Program Analyst jobs at TD Securities?
You can browse and apply for Program Analyst openings at TD Securities through Migrate Mate, which lists roles specifically at employers with confirmed visa sponsorship. TD Securities also recruits through its own careers portal, campus programs, and investment banking analyst pipelines. Applying early in the recruiting cycle, particularly for structured analyst cohorts, gives you the best access to roles that include sponsorship support.
Which visa types does TD Securities use for Program Analyst roles?
TD Securities sponsors H-1B visas for most international Program Analysts, along with E-3 visas for Australian citizens. For candidates on a longer-term pathway, the firm also supports employment-based Green Card sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3 PERM filings. The right visa type depends on your nationality, current immigration status, and where you are in the application process.
What qualifications does TD Securities look for in Program Analyst candidates?
TD Securities Program Analyst roles typically require a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with financial modeling, and an understanding of capital markets fundamentals are common expectations. For visa sponsorship purposes, having a degree that directly aligns with the role's duties is important, since USCIS evaluates specialty occupation eligibility based on that connection.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a TD Securities Program Analyst role?
For H-1B sponsorship, your employer files the petition after DOL certifies the Labor Condition Application, with an October 1 start date for cap-subject cases. USCIS standard processing takes three to six months, though premium processing can reduce that to around 15 business days. E-3 applicants can often move faster through consular processing. Starting conversations with TD Securities' HR team well before your intended start date gives the process the most room to move.
