We are looking for creative technical problem solvers with a passion for tackling tough customer problems to join our team and serve as a program leader, with responsibility for driving program and portfolio delivery and success. If you’re passionate about building platforms at scale that help transform the lives of consumers, small businesses, and accountants in partnership with experts, operations and sales partners, we would love to have you join our team. We are looking for candidates who have strong technical program management experience with deep technical understanding, customer empathy, strong execution capability, hands-on fluency directing AI agents and agent-driven delivery practices, and a track record of building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.
This role is responsible for stewarding critical strategic initiatives at portfolio scale and driving the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to assigned software programs, while personally demonstrating what AI-native program management looks like at scale.
Responsibilities
-
Proven Leadership: 12+ years of experience building, leading, and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs and portfolios within a matrixed organization.
-
Technical & AI-Native Acumen: Deep expertise in software development approaches, architecture, and lifecycle, including agent-driven product development and platform architectures. Hands-on experience directing and orchestrating AI agent tools in complex program orchestration work, with the judgment to know where AI accelerates delivery and where it introduces risk (Builder Proficiency with autonomous agents, or demonstrated ability to reach it).
-
Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to connect business outcomes, external context, and internal realities to shape strategy and drive execution at the portfolio or large-scale, complex-scope level, and to influence prioritization across portfolios.
-
Exceptional Communicator & Change Leader: Track record as a credible, boundaryless change leader with a well-established network — able to initiate senior-leader conversations, drive large-scale complex change strategy end-to-end, and influence at all levels in a matrix organization.
-
Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to gather, analyze, and utilize data, including AI and analytical tools, to assess program/portfolio progress, identify risks, and drive decision-making.
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. PMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired.
Qualifications
-
Lead with Influence: Demonstrate deep understanding of business outcomes, external environment, customer context, and internal realities, using that context to shape strategy and drive execution at the program, process, and portfolio level. Prioritize within a portfolio or large-scale, complex scope to accelerate business outcomes, and influence prioritization across portfolios. Drive principled, data-informed decisions and tradeoffs across a portfolio, clarifying execution paths and implications beyond the immediate area.
-
Deliver Exceptional Results: Lead teams to define program outcomes, build end-to-end delivery plans, and establish a governance model for large-scale, complex programs. Develop and drive the operating rhythm at the organizational level to set strategy, monitor performance, and instill accountability. Identify risks and dependencies upfront, determine optimal paths to green, and communicate program progress, trends, and predicted performance to stakeholders with a clear narrative on needed strategic changes.
-
Build, Scale, and Mentor: Define, implement, and drive adoption of proven frameworks, best practices, tools, and templates that are repeatable, durable, and scalable. Develop new capabilities by establishing and scaling an experimentation-to-adoption model — including with AI — codifying what works at portfolio scale, and driving systematic adoption of validated approaches across the community. Coach and mentor other program managers and contribute to the growth of the program management craft.
-
Champion Change: Establish credibility as a boundaryless change leader with a well-established, trusted network. Lead teams to formulate effective change strategy for large-scale, complex change efforts, develop a clear change management plan, and drive end-to-end execution. Exhibit extreme ownership: initiate conversations with senior leaders to build alignment, back the case for change with data, and inspire confidence across teams and stakeholders.

Serve as a recognized technical thought partner to senior technical leaders, deeply knowledgeable in Intuit’s Tech Strategy and City Map capabilities. Frame your degree around Intuit's tech stack
Program Analyst roles at Intuit frequently require degrees in computer science, information systems, or business analytics. If your degree is adjacent, document how your coursework directly maps to the role's systems or data requirements before applying.
Target Intuit's rotational and early-career programs
Intuit hires Program Analysts through structured programs that already have visa sponsorship built into the offer. Applying through these tracks rather than one-off postings puts you in front of hiring managers who expect to sponsor international candidates.
Use Migrate Mate to filter live Program Analyst openings
Program Analyst postings at Intuit move quickly. Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsorship-eligible roles at Intuit so you're applying to openings that match your visa type before they close.
Align your offer timing with H-1B cap deadlines
If you're on F-1 OPT, USCIS requires your H-1B petition to be filed by April 1 for an October 1 start. Confirm your offer date with your Intuit recruiter early so there's enough runway to prepare the I-129 filing.
Confirm your LCA wage tier matches your level
Intuit files a Labor Condition Application with DOL before your H-1B or E-3 petition is submitted. The prevailing wage listed must match your job level. If you're offered a senior Program Analyst title, verify the wage tier reflects that classification.
Prepare a PERM-ready employment history early
Intuit sponsors Green Cards for Program Analysts through the PERM labor certification process. Gaps in employment history or informal work experience can slow DOL audits. Organize your W-2s, offer letters, and job descriptions before the process starts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Intuit sponsor H-1B visas for Program Analysts?
Yes, Intuit sponsors H-1B visas for Program Analysts. The company files H-1B petitions for both new hires and existing employees, and Program Analyst roles fall within the specialty occupation standard that H-1B requires. If you're cap-subject, your petition needs to be filed in April for an October 1 start date. Intuit also uses premium processing in some cases to expedite USCIS adjudication.
How do I apply for Program Analyst jobs at Intuit?
Apply directly through Intuit's careers site, or use Migrate Mate to browse verified Program Analyst openings at Intuit filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility. Intuit's Program Analyst roles typically require you to complete an online application, followed by a recruiter screen, technical or case-based assessments, and panel interviews. Flagging your sponsorship needs early in the recruiter call avoids delays later in the process.
Which visa types does Intuit commonly sponsor for Program Analyst roles?
Intuit sponsors a range of visa types for Program Analysts, including H-1B, E-3 for Australian citizens, TN visa for Canadian and Mexican nationals, F-1 OPT and CPT for current students, J-1 visa for exchange visitors, and EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card pathways for longer-term sponsorship. The right visa depends on your nationality, education level, and where you are in your career.
What qualifications does Intuit expect for Program Analyst roles?
Intuit Program Analyst roles typically require a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field. Strong SQL, data analysis, and project coordination skills are common requirements. For H-1B purposes, your degree needs to directly relate to the role's duties, so a degree in a different field can complicate the specialty occupation determination during USCIS review.
How do I navigate the visa filing timeline after receiving an offer from Intuit?
Once you have a signed offer, Intuit's immigration team typically engages an external counsel to handle USCIS filings. For H-1B transfers or cap-exempt filings, processing can take two to six months without premium processing. For F-1 OPT holders, confirm your OPT end date and any STEM extension eligibility with HR before your start date so there's no gap in work authorization while the H-1B is pending.
