Align your credentials to HR tech implementations
TriNet's Professional Services Consultants typically handle onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client support for HR platforms. Credentials or certifications in HRIS systems like Workday or ADP strengthen your profile before you apply.
Target open roles tied to client segments
TriNet organizes its professional services teams around small and mid-sized business clients. Filter your search by roles referencing SMB implementation or client onboarding, since those map most directly to where H-1B sponsorship has been used in this function.
Research TriNet's LCA filings before negotiating
DOL Labor Condition Applications are public record and list the prevailing wage TriNet certified for Professional Services Consultant roles. Cross-referencing this before your offer conversation ensures you understand the wage floor and can negotiate from an informed position.
Confirm sponsorship intent before the final interview round
TriNet's recruiting process for professional services roles can move quickly once a hiring manager is aligned. Raise H-1B sponsorship directly with the recruiter after the first interview so it doesn't surface as a surprise during offer negotiation, which can stall or collapse timelines.
Build your search around verified sponsoring employers using Migrate Mate
Filter for Professional Services Consultant openings at companies with a confirmed H-1B sponsorship history. Migrate Mate surfaces TriNet roles alongside their sponsorship track record so you spend time on applications that can actually move forward.
Prepare for cap-subject H-1B timing constraints early
If you're not currently in H-1B status, USCIS cap registration typically opens in March for an October 1 start date. Align your TriNet application timeline so an offer can realistically be made before the registration window, giving both sides enough runway.
