Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Program Analyst Jobs at ZS Jobs
Frame your degree around consulting deliverables
ZS recruits Program Analysts from quantitative disciplines like statistics, engineering, and economics. When presenting your credentials, connect your coursework directly to client-facing analytical work rather than academic research to align with how ZS defines specialty occupation for H-1B purposes.
Target ZS campus pipelines before direct applications
ZS fills a significant share of Program Analyst seats through university recruiting at select target schools. Applying through on-campus channels improves your visibility and places you in a structured hiring pipeline that ZS's immigration team is already geared to support.
Understand where TN fits for Program Analysts
Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status in a management consultant or economist category depending on how ZS structures the role. Confirm with your recruiter early whether the Program Analyst job description supports a TN classification before assuming H-1B is your only path.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Program Analyst roles at ZS
Before applying, search Migrate Mate to browse current Program Analyst openings at ZS filtered by visa sponsorship type. It saves time identifying which roles are live and visa-eligible rather than sorting through postings that don't specify sponsorship at all.

Find Program Analyst at ZS JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does ZS sponsor H-1B visas for Program Analysts?
Yes, ZS sponsors H-1B visas for Program Analysts. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation given the analytical and quantitative requirements tied to the position. If you're in the H-1B lottery cycle, confirm your offer timing with your recruiter early so ZS's immigration team can prepare the petition before the April filing deadline.
How do I apply for Program Analyst jobs at ZS?
You can apply directly through ZS's careers portal or through campus recruiting if you're at one of their target universities. Migrate Mate also lists open Program Analyst roles at ZS filtered by visa sponsorship type, which lets you verify a role supports your visa category before you apply. Tailor your application to ZS's consulting and analytics focus rather than submitting a generic resume.
Which visa types does ZS commonly use for Program Analysts?
ZS sponsors H-1B and supports F-1 OPT and CPT for Program Analysts, which covers most international candidates coming out of U.S. universities. TN status is also an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals if the role description aligns with a qualifying TN occupation category. Check with your recruiter to confirm which classification fits your background and the specific position.
What qualifications does ZS expect for a Program Analyst role?
ZS typically hires Program Analysts with bachelor's or master's degrees in quantitative fields such as statistics, engineering, computer science, or business analytics. Strong data analysis skills, proficiency with tools like Excel, SQL, or Python, and the ability to communicate findings to clients are central to the role. Prior internship or project experience in consulting or analytics strengthens your application.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at ZS?
The H-1B cap filing window opens in March each year for an October 1 start date. If you're graduating in May or later, your F-1 OPT typically covers the gap if your EAD is approved in time. ZS will need to register you in the H-1B lottery in March, so secure your offer well before then and keep USCIS processing timelines in mind when setting your expected start date.
