Role
We are looking for a Manager, Partner Operations & Business Systems to join our IT/Business Apps team. This is a remote role within the US, reporting to the Director, CRM & PRM Applications. You will own and evolve Zscaler’s GTM partner systems and processes, including Salesforce, Salesforce PRM, Unifyr, Crossbeam, and related platforms. Sitting at the intersection of partner strategy, process design, and technology execution, you will partner closely with Channel Sales, Sales Operations, Partner Marketing, and Enablement to improve partner-facing and internal processes, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes across key channel motions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and experience translating complex business needs into scalable, high-impact system capabilities.
What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
- Serve as a process and systems leader with deep ownership of how partner strategy is operationalized across tools, workflows, and data models
- Propose and lead initiatives to implement new processes and optimize existing technologies and methodologies that enhance GTM experience and simplification
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and handle intakes and troubleshooting in a timely manner
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, evolution, and optimization of Salesforce PRM, ensuring it supports current and future partner motions in collaboration with onshore and offshore teams
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on professional development, collaboration, and driving innovation in the partner ecosystem
Who You Are (Success Profile)
- You thrive in ambiguity, finding comfort in building the path as you walk it and seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
- You are a problem-solver who seeks out challenges because you are energized by finding solutions, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
- You are customer-obsessed, building deep empathy for both internal and external customers and anchoring your decisions in solving their real-world problems from start to finish.
- You operate with urgency, understanding that speed and quality are not mutually exclusive, and bringing a relentless focus on execution and a bias for action to deliver high-impact results quickly.
- You think at scale, connecting your day-to-day work to the larger company mission while building solutions, processes, and teams that are built to last and support a high-growth, global organization.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- 7+ years in Partner Ops, Sales Ops, Business Systems, RevOps, or Process Excellence roles, with ownership of GTM workflows and systems
- 2+ years managing and developing a team (direct and/or matrix), ideally 2–5 members, including experience setting priorities, coaching, and performance management
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including complex automation and data model understanding
- Demonstrated ability to set a roadmap, manage a portfolio of enhancements, and measure outcomes such as adoption, cycle time, partner satisfaction, and pipeline impact
- Demonstrated success in using automation and analytics to enhance partner processes
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Crossbeam, Unifyr, or similar partner-related tools, and integrating them with Salesforce and PRM platforms
- Experience delivering AI-enabled workflows using Salesforce capabilities such as Einstein or Agentforce, or other AI tools
- Deep passion for innovation and driving continuous improvement

Frame your credentials around cross-functional impact
Zscaler's Business Operations roles span revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, and business planning. Tailor your resume to show measurable cross-functional outcomes, not just process ownership, since that's the profile their hiring teams prioritize.
Identify roles where Zscaler files LCAs
Search the DOL's OFLC disclosure data for Zscaler LCA filings under business operations job titles. Roles with recent certified LCAs signal active sponsorship intent and give you a concrete list of positions worth targeting.
Time your application around OPT cap-gap rules
If you're on F-1 OPT and your work authorization expires before October 1, confirm with USCIS that a timely-filed H-1B petition extends your employment authorization through the cap-gap period. Zscaler's HR team will need that confirmation documented before your start date.
Build a pipeline using Migrate Mate's job board
Filter by company and role type on Migrate Mate to surface open Business Operations positions at Zscaler alongside their sponsorship history. That lets you prioritize applications where sponsorship has actually been extended for this specific function.
Prepare for PERM documentation if targeting Green Card
If you're pursuing an EB-2 or EB-3 pathway through Zscaler, your employer must conduct a supervised DOL recruitment process. Document your qualifications thoroughly upfront because any mismatch between your credentials and the PERM job description can delay or derail the filing.

Find Business Operations at Zscaler JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Zscaler sponsor H-1B visas for Business Operations roles?
Yes, Zscaler sponsors H-1B visas for Business Operations positions. The company has a documented history of filing H-1B petitions for this function, covering roles in revenue operations, strategic planning, and go-to-market execution. Because H-1B sponsorship requires employer initiation, confirm sponsorship eligibility during your initial recruiter screening rather than after an offer is extended.
Which visa types does Zscaler commonly sponsor for Business Operations roles?
Zscaler sponsors a range of visa categories for Business Operations hires, including H-1B, E-3 (for Australian citizens), TN (for Canadian and Mexican nationals), F-1 OPT and CPT, J-1, and immigrant visa pathways including EB-2 and EB-3. The visa type that applies to you depends on your nationality, current status, and the specific role. Clarifying this with their HR team early in the process saves significant time.
What qualifications does Zscaler expect for sponsored Business Operations positions?
Zscaler's Business Operations roles typically require a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related analytical field, with an MBA valued for more senior positions. Practical experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or cross-functional program management within a SaaS or cloud technology environment is a strong differentiator. Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, or similar platforms frequently appears in their job requirements.
How do I apply for Business Operations jobs at Zscaler?
You can browse and apply for open Business Operations positions at Zscaler directly through their careers page, or use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Zscaler roles that include visa sponsorship for your visa type. When applying, tailor your materials to reflect Zscaler's cloud security business context and highlight cross-functional execution experience. Flag your sponsorship needs in the earliest recruiter conversation to avoid mismatches later.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a Business Operations role at Zscaler?
Timeline depends on your visa category. H-1B standard processing runs three to five months after the April lottery selection, with premium processing available to USCIS for a faster decision. E-3 and TN visas can move significantly faster, often within weeks of an offer. PERM-based Green Card sponsorship runs 12 to 24 months or longer depending on DOL backlogs and your priority date. Build your timeline around your current work authorization expiry to avoid gaps.
