Overview
Saxon MD Facial Plastic Surgery is looking for an Aesthetic Concierge to drive surgical and nonsurgical sales. In this role, you will build sales strategy for our growing practice. You will be working closely with Dr. Saxon and our aesthetic providers to convert interest into bookings and long-term patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales strategy & performance
- Build and execute sales strategies for nonsurgical treatments and the wellness program, with clear KPIs for consultations booked, conversion rate, and revenue per patient.
- Track performance against KPIs weekly and adjust strategy as targets evolve.
- Own the patient pipeline from first inquiry through booked treatment.
Surgical sales & consultations
- Guide prospective surgical patients from consultation to booked surgery, building trust and answering questions about the process, recovery, and investment.
- Clearly explain surgical pricing, financial policies, and payment options, and collect payments accurately in our systems.
- Follow up with patients who are still deciding or who have cancelled, with the goal of rebooking.
- Work closely with our front desk and surgical scheduling team so consults, surgery dates, and pre-op and post-op visits are coordinated smoothly.
Treatment & wellness program expertise
- Maintain strong working knowledge of our full nonsurgical menu, including laser and skin resurfacing (BBL, Halo, Morpheus8, ProFractional), microneedling and chemical peels, body contouring (Emsculpt, Emsella, Exilis, Vanquish Me, Emtone), neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and PRF, to confidently guide patients toward the right plan.
- Serve as a sales consultant for our new wellness program (HRT, medical weight loss), partnering closely with our nurse practitioner to build the referral and consultation pipeline from first contact through enrollment.
- Stay current on treatment protocols and wellness program updates through ongoing training with our clinical team.
Community & business development
- Identify and build referral relationships with luxury South Austin and Dripping Springs businesses, including high-end fitness studios, bridal planners, event venues, and boutique salons.
- Represent Saxon MD at community events and networking mixers, including occasional evening events, to build brand awareness and drive medspa growth.
- Proactively generate new consultations rather than waiting on inbound calls, including mining our existing patient database to re-engage past patients.
Digital presence & content
- Assist our marketing team in developing engaging social content (Reels, Stories, posts) that drives interest in our treatments and wellness program; comfort appearing on camera is required.
- Partner with our aesthetic nurses to feature them on camera and showcase clinical demonstrations (Morpheus8, Halo, and others).
- Co-manage social media inquiries, moving followers from online interest into booked consultations.
CRM & marketing
- Serve as a primary daily user of our CRM, keeping pipeline records accurate and using reporting to spot where leads are stalling.
- Support the design and execution of marketing campaigns across print, email, and social media to drive consultations for treatments and the wellness program.
Who You Are
- Required: proven experience selling aesthetic or medspa treatments, with a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong working knowledge of our surgical and nonsurgical treatment menu, including laser and skin resurfacing (BBL, Halo, Morpheus8, ProFractional), microneedling, body contouring, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and PRF.
- Comfortable discussing hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss with patients, and building the trust needed to move them into longer-term wellness plans.
- Experience using a CRM to manage a sales pipeline, track KPIs, and report on performance.
- Experience designing marketing campaigns across print, email, and social media is recommended.
- A strong communicator who can work closely with our nurse practitioner and clinical team to move patients from interest to treatment.
