Duties
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of conferences, meetings, and special events from inception to completion.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events using event management software, including venue setup, catering arrangements, audiovisual requirements, and guest accommodations.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for promoting events through various channels such as event marketing campaigns and CRM systems to boost attendance and engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of contracts, budgets, guest lists, and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement in event quality.
- Upsell additional services such as premium catering options or upgraded facilities to enhance client satisfaction and revenue generation.
