About Sprig
Sprig is the customer survey platform, rebuilt around AI agents. For two decades, teams have relied on Qualtrics, Medallia, and SurveyMonkey to understand their customers. These platforms were built for a slower era, with manual setup, fragmented workflows, and insights that arrive too late to shape decisions. The gap between how fast products move and how fast research can keep up has never been wider. We're building something different. With Sprig, AI agents design studies, adapt surveys in real time, and turn responses into clear, actionable insight. Teams move from question to evidence in hours instead of weeks, without sacrificing rigor. Product teams no longer guess. They know. Our mission is to make deep customer understanding effortless and always on, so the best teams in the world can build products their customers love. Companies like Microsoft, DoorDash, Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor use Sprig to stay close to their users. Backed by $85M from Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, and First Round Capital, we're growing quickly across the world's leading product organizations. The category is being rebuilt, with AI at the core. If you're excited by hard problems and the chance to define how modern teams understand their customers, we'd love to meet you.

Customer Success Operations Jobs in California: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a customer success operations professional in California?
Most customer success operations roles in California require a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, though no state-issued license applies to this role. California employers prioritize hands-on experience with CRM and analytics platforms, so building proficiency in tools like Salesforce or Gainsight is essential. Many candidates transition from customer success, sales operations, or business analyst roles, then move into dedicated operations positions as they develop process design and data skills.
Which companies hire customer success operations professionals in California?
Employers hiring customer success operations professionals in California right now include Intuit, ServiceTitan, and Cox Communications, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. California's dense concentration of enterprise SaaS companies means ongoing demand for operations talent that can scale customer programs across large accounts.
Which California cities have the most customer success operations jobs?
San Francisco, Los Angeles, and California have the most customer success operations openings in California. San Francisco leads because of its concentration of enterprise SaaS and cloud software headquarters, while Los Angeles draws demand from media technology and e-commerce platforms, and San Diego's growing life sciences and defense tech sectors have expanded their customer operations teams significantly in recent years.
Are there remote customer success operations jobs in California?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 61% of customer success operations openings tied to California are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how heavily this role relies on digital platforms rather than on-site presence. The most consistently remote sub-functions are CRM administration, data reporting, and customer health monitoring, where all work happens inside cloud-based tools.
How can I get hired as a customer success operations professional in California with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a customer success associate or business operations coordinator role at a mid-size California SaaS company, where you can learn CRM workflows on the job. Companies like Salesforce and Zendesk run associate and rotational programs in their California offices that welcome candidates without direct operations experience. Building a Salesforce Administrator credential and demonstrating basic SQL or dashboard skills closes the gap quickly and signals readiness to hiring managers reviewing entry-level applications.
Where can I find and apply to customer success operations jobs in California?
You can find and apply to customer success operations jobs in California on Migrate Mate, which lists current California openings across industries and experience levels. Find the roles that fit your background and apply directly to each one.
