Job Summary

As an Area Manager - Commercial and Construction Cleaning, you’ll lead cleaning operations across assigned commercial and construction sites. You’ll coordinate teams, maintain service quality, and ensure work follows sanitation and safety regulations. Your impact: By guiding consistent, safe cleaning practices, you help clients maintain clean, usable spaces and give employees clear direction to do their best work.

Duties

• Supervise, schedule, and support cleaning teams across multiple sites; coordinate staffing and daily priorities.
• Oversee commercial, industrial, and post-construction cleaning, including custodial, janitorial, laundry, and housekeeping tasks as applicable.
• Inspect work, address service issues, and maintain cleaning and sanitation standards in line with site requirements and safety regulations.
• Communicate with customers and site contacts, respond to concerns, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Track supplies, equipment, site activity, and team performance; share updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Recuit, hire, and onboard staff.
• You will need to travel to sites in North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, as well as any other site needed.

Skills

• You must be Bilingual.
• Required: Supervising experience, staff supervision, team supervision, team management, leadership, and management skills.
• Required: Cleaning, commercial cleaning, cleaning and sanitation management, customer service, and clear managerial communication.
• Preferred: Industrial cleaning, custodial experience, janitorial experience, or familiarity with construction cleaning.
• Preferred: Laundry, hotel experience, hospitality, or housekeeping management.
• Ability to organize work across sites, communicate expectations clearly, and reinforce safe work practices.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
