ROLE OVERVIEW
The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems across multiple communities. This role ensures that residents and staff enjoy safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient environments year-round.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and safety practices.
- EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to work in varied environments, including outdoors and confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or journeyman license preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that include standing, bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
